DS200PCCAG6A is one of the multiple power connection card versions provided by GE Industrial Control Systems for the Mark V turbine control system. These types of circuit boards are usually also compatible with GE exciters and drivers. The PCCA board is equipped with a pulse transformer for the gate drive function of the SCR bridge. Some of the circuit boards also provide buffering circuits to suppress power spikes on gate drivers, DC buses, and AC lines. Higher horsepower controllers like G6A typically have these functions located elsewhere in the system.
DS200PCCAG6A is suitable for J, K, and M frameworks. It is compatible with the DCFB power board and uses leg type fuses and reactors. The board has six transformers on one line, and the positions of the other six transformers located on other versions of the board are marked on the board. This version of the board also lacks jumpers, and most other versions include jumpers. Other circuit board components include multiple plug connectors, usually aligned with the transformer mentioned earlier.

DS200PCCAG6A does not have any replaceable components and should be replaced as a complete unit. When installing replacement parts, users should remember that there is a potential fatal voltage on the surface of DS200PCCAG6A when the device is powered on. Before touching the motherboard or any connected circuits, ensure that the device is powered off.
